Booking a regular training session with your Personal Trainer will ensure you really do exercise and get the most out of your personal training. You can train outdoors or inside Jetts Fitness North Sydney.. or both!

Our Angels aim to tailor the training to suit your personal fitness level, correcting technique and ensuring you reach your goals. 1:1 Personal Training is where you have your Fitness Angel all to yourself! You’ll receive a comprehensive health evaluation, fitness assessment, goals setting session and personal training program designed specifically for you. With state of the art equipment and an unintimidating, social environment, both inside and out, Fitness Angels has it covered.

What to bring/wear:

• Workout/gym clothes
• Sun protection, sunnies, sunscreen, hat. (If training outdoors during the heat of the day)
• A sweat towel.
• Drinking water.
• Current locations are Lavender Bay, North Sydney and Tunks Park, Cammeray
and Jetts Fitness North Sydney.

How much is 1:1 Personal Training?

Personal Training with Fitness Angels is $80/session. This includes a comprehensive health evaluation, fitness assessment, goals setting session and personal training program designed specifically for you.

Partner Training

Where you get everything you would get in a one-on-one session, but you share it with a friend, including the price! $90/session ($45 each)
